RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at ByLavelle. In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, we offer a transparent and secure policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@bylavelle.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has been dispatched by our logistics partners. Once a tracking number has been generated and your parcel is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you are welcome to return the item back to us for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

2. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at support@bylavelle.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
